OF MARS AND MARTIANS

CITY DWELLER   ALIEN WONDERS

CRITTERS OF MARS

City Dweller armies are almost always supported by an aerial element of float ships.

"WAR SKIFF FLOAT SHIP"                                                                                                 The two ships placed near a Warroom-class aeroscaph to give you an idea of size. The larger ship is sold by The London War Room as a Martian Cloud Cutter, and while not officially a Parroom Station ship, it is most eminently suited for any Holheem's aerial fleet.

CRITTERS OF MARS

Here you will find a small array of beasties and monsters and other things to carry, stomp, eat, gore, claw, bite, buffet, feed, and otherwise bedevil or aid your adventurers.

CTR-01 $12.00 Plorses (2).  Sold in pairs. There are three randomly supplied variants of our plorses.

Wild plorses still roam the steppes of Mars and still have a nastier disposition than their cousins who have been domesticated as riding beasts by City Dweller Martians.

You can start a herd (or would that be flock?) or mount up your cavalry on hardy local mounts today.

CTR-02 $12.00 The Dread Baralanth (1).  Dread Baralanths are sold singly (although they do come in two parts so some assembly is required). Do you really want to tangle with more than one at a time?

The Dread Baralanth is feared, run-away-from, fed, hunted, and -well- dreaded over much of the surface of Mars. Its size, strength, general fearlessness, and cunning - not to mention its fangs and claws - make it a predator to be reckoned with.

CTR-03 $12.00 Grosk (1). The handler is not included with the wild grosk.

Grosk has been domesticated across the length and breadth of Mars to serve as a beast of burden, a draft animal, and even as a weapons platform. Normally docile (except in the rutting season), the grosk can be quite a dangerous animal when riled or wounded.

CTR-03A $12.00 A Draft Grosk (1).  a Grosk kitted out in a draft harness, perfect for hauling City Dweller artillery

CTR-04 $12.00 Bottataru- (3).  A flock of three.

We have three variants of our Bottataru. As they are supplied randomly, there is no guarantee of getting all different ones in a flock.

Bottataru run in flocks and wild flocks are a constant danger to crops and can be quite aggressive when disturbed at their feeding, surprised, frightened, met during their (long) mating season -- well, pretty much all the time

CTR-05 $18.00 Thoake. (1) Your thoake will come with one of two head variants and one of two right front legs variants and one of two left rear legs variants. Mix, match, and have fun.

Thoake are the chosen riding animals of the Wastelander Martians who have an uncanny relationship with the beasts. Some thoakes freely roam the dry Martian seabeds and the traveler is advised to treat them with the respect one would show an Earthly rhinoceros.

CTR-06 $12.00 Many armed Mape.  Your mape will come in several pieces, requiring assembly.

Mapes are violent creatures. Unlike most martian creatures, they have hair, although this is confined to discrete patches. Sking color is dun to grey, often shading to white. Though usually solitary, they have been known to gather in large, marauding groups. Such social gatherings do not seem to improve a mape's disposition.
